Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead and evolve our specialty network contracting strategy.

You will translate complex specialty concepts into client-ready recommendations, oversee client support, and drive initiatives from ideation to implementation while partnering across functions to ensure compliant, cost-effective network solutions. The role requires extensive knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, and regulatory requirements, with

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution Products
• Experience managing vendors or accounts preferred
• Clinical experience in specialty pharmacy preferred or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and business reviews
• Advise on initiatives that support client goals and lowest-net-cost opportunities
• Oversee client support processes and ensure timely, accurate responses
• Lead resolution of escalations with internal teams
• Manage client initiatives from ideation through implementation
• Develop scalable workflows and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support management of specialty contracts and obligations
• Evaluate reimbursement structures and market developments
• Collaborate to expand network partnerships and pharmacy services
