Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead our specialty network contracting initiatives and drive client success.

You will translate complex specialty pharmacy concepts into actionable strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize access and cost efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, a PharmD (or equivalent) and 4+ years as a licensed pharmacist, with PBM/Managed Care experience and familiarity with REMS and limited

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the state of residence or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs (REMS, limited distribution).
• Experience with vendor or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, RFP support, and presentations as the network expert.
• Advise on initiatives that support client goals and lowest-net-cost opportunities.
• Oversee specialty client support processes and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Lead escalation resolution with internal teams on access, reimbursement, formulary, and contract issues.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation through implementation and monitoring.
• Develop scalable workflows and ensure regulatory compliance across specialty services.
• Manage specialty contracts and ensure obligations and client requirements are met.
