Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead contracting strategy for specialty pharmacy networks and provide expert client guidance.

The role oversees a team delivering network contracting, REMS, limited distribution products, and reimbursement strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Navitus business goals. You will partner cross-functionally to drive scalable, impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff required.
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs including REMS and Limited Distribution Products is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, quarterly business reviews, RFP support, and presentations as the specialist network expert.
• Advise on network initiatives that support client goals and access with cost containment.
• Oversee client support processes and service standards for timely, accurate responses.
• Lead resolution of escalations related to network access, reimbursement, formulary, and contracts.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation through implementation with project management discipline.
• Develop and maintain scalable workflows, regulatory compliance, and growth within specialty services.
• Manage specialty contracts to meet obligations and client requirements.
• Evaluate reimbursement pricing structures, network performance, and market developments to propose solutions.
• Collaborate to expand partnerships and refine positioning of specialty services.
