Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead specialty network contracting and client guidance.

You will provide clinical expertise, drive network strategy, and oversee contracting activities to ensure delivery on schedule and in alignment with Navitus business needs. The role requires strategic thinking, project discipline, and deep understanding of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD-equivalent degree required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in home state.
• 4+ years licensed pharmacist experience.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• PBM/Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution products.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and quarterly reviews on network strategy.
• Advise on initiatives for lower net cost and member access.
• Oversee specialty client support processes and service standards.
• Lead resolution of escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Develop scalable workflows and regulatory-compliant processes.
• Ensure contracts meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
