Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to guide specialty client support, network contracting, and advisory services.

You will oversee clinical expertise, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver network strategies that align with client needs and regulatory requirements. The role requires strategic thinking, project management, and deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, and reimbursement concepts, with leadership

Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD/Bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in state of residence; reciprocity may apply.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS or Limited Distribution products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Lead specialty client support and escalation resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor coordination, contracts, and network strategy for specialty products.
• Develop project plans, workflows, and scalable processes for compliance and growth.
• Oversee client initiatives from ideation through implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, and state programs.
• Lead a team of specialty client support staff and drive professional development.
