Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead specialty client support and network contracting strategy.

You’ll translate complex specialty concepts, manage client engagements, and drive scalable solutions that align with regulatory and Navitus business needs. The role requires 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist and strong leadership, with experience in PBM operations and specialty pharmacy.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence or eligible for reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist; 3+ years leading staff; 1+ year PBM/Managed Care preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs (REMS, Limited Distribution) required.
• Vendor or account management experience preferred.
• CMS/Medicare/state Medicaid regulations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty pharmacy concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, quarterly business reviews, RFP support, and presentations.
• Oversee client support processes, responses to inquiries on access, claims, pricing, network configuration.
• Lead resolution of specialty pharmacy escalations with internal teams.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation through implementation and ongoing enhancement.
