Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in home state or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution Products.
• CMS, Medicare, and state Medicaid familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and quarterly business reviews as network expert.
• Advise on initiatives that support lowest-net-cost and access goals.
• Oversee client support processes and cross-functional inquiries.
• Lead escalations addressing access, reimbursement, contracts and formulary.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Develop scalable workflows and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Manage specialty contracts to meet obligations and client needs.
• Evaluate pricing structures, network performance, and market trends.
• Collaborate to expand partnerships and improve services.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a specialty client support team and foster development.
• Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
