You will translate complex specialty concepts into practical client recommendations, guide vendor relationships, and influence strategy across access, pricing, and contracts. Qualifications

• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year of PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs including REMS and Limited Distribution Products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialty pharmacy subject matter expert translating complex concepts into clear recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, quarterly reviews, RFP support, and presentations.
• Advise on initiatives supporting client goals, lowest-net-cost opportunities, and member access.
• Oversee specialty client support processes, service standards, and cross-functional inquiries.
