Qualifications

Pharmacist licensure in residence state (or eligibility for reciprocity)
4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist
3+ years of leading and mentoring staff
Experience with PBM/Managed Care and specialty pharmacy practices

Responsibilities

Translate complex specialty network concepts into actionable recommendations for clients.
Lead and manage specialty client support processes and service standards.
Oversee vendor coordination, contract and network initiatives from ideation to execution.
Develop scalable workflows, policies, and training to ensure compliance and growth.
