Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead our specialty client support and network contracting efforts.

You will oversee clinical guidance, client-facing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize access, pricing, and vendor relationships for Navitus specialty services. You will mentor a team of specialty client support staff, drive continuous improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial programs.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the state of residence or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution products recommended.
• Vendor/account management experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• CMS, Medicare and state Medicaid regulations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, RFP support, and presentations as the network expert.
• Advise on initiatives supporting client goals and lowest-net-cost opportunities.
• Oversee client support processes, ensuring timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
• Lead resolution of escalations related to access, reimbursement, formularies, contracts, and member issues.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation to implementation with project discipline.
• Develop and maintain scalable workflows and SOPs for regulatory compliance and growth.
• Support management of specialty contracts and client-specific requirements.
• Evaluate reimbursement structures, network performance, and vendor capabilities to propose solutions.
• Collaborate to expand network partnerships and refine specialty positioning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, exchange, and state regulations.
