Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead clinical and contracting efforts for the specialty network. You will translate complex concepts into actionable client guidance and oversee support teams, reporting, and vendor coordination.

You will drive initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with client goals, member access, and Navitus strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff required.
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution Products preferred.
• Experience with vendor or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate specialty network concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee specialty client support processes and ensure timely responses.
• Manage specialty contracting initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Develop scalable workflows ensuring regulatory compliance and growth.
• Monitor network performance and advise on lowest-net-cost opportunities.
