Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in residence state, or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Experience leading teams in a PBM or managed care environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate specialty network concepts into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and RFP support as the network expert.
• Oversee escalation management and coordinate with internal teams on access, reimbursement, and formulary issues.
• Develop scalable workflows and project plans for client customization and regulatory compliance.
• Manage specialty network contracts, ensuring obligations and client requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration for network partnerships.
