Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Client Support to provide specialty pharmacy clinical expertise and client-facing guidance on network contracting activities. The role leads day-to-day support, drives strategy, and ensures initiatives meet regulatory and Navitus business needs.

You will mentor staff, translate complex concepts for clients, and collaborate across teams to optimize network opportunities, pricing, and access while managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years’ experience in leading and mentoring staff.
• Experience with PBM or Managed Care preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs including REMS and Limited Distribution Products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Lead specialty client support, issue management, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee network strategy, contracting activities, and compliance requirements.
• Manage a team of specialty client support staff, including hiring and development.
