Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead specialty network contracting activities and provide expert guidance on client programs.

The role focuses on strategic contracting, network optimization, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and client needs. Responsibilities include leading a team of specialty client support staff, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction, access, and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence.
• 4+ years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading/mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM or managed care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution Products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and reviews as the specialty network expert.
• Advise on initiatives that support client goals and cost efficiency.
• Oversee client support processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Lead resolution of escalations with access, reimbursement, formulary, and contract issues.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation through implementation and enhancement.
• Develop policies, procedures, and scalable workflows for compliance and growth.
• Ensure contracts meet obligations and client requirements.
• Evaluate pricing structures, network performance, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand network partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across programs.
• Manage a team of specialty client support staff and their development.
• Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement for client satisfaction and efficiency.
