Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to shape technology strategy across People Systems and workforce analytics. This role drives enterprise security, governance, and AI-enabled decision-making while leading a team focused on data integrity and employee experience.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to balance business value, risk, and compliance, ensuring reliable systems and clear reporting for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data, access controls, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems.
• Oversee governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner relationships for enterprise investments.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology forums influencing decisions affecting employees.
• Lead the HR systems and analytics team, enabling development opportunities and succession.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure controls and audit evidence for internal/external reviews.
• Safeguard sensitive data and ensure responsible AI practices.
• Improve platform reliability, documentation, and user self-service.
