Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to shape our HR technology strategy and analytics roadmap. You will lead the People Systems & Workforce Insights functions, directing platform investments, governance, and secure data practices while partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

You will drive multi-year technology strategy, oversee HRIS governance, budgeting, and vendor partnerships, and mentor a team delivering reliable workforce

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in HRIS, analytics, or HR technology programs.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, security and integrations experience.
• Strong governance, data quality, and controls within HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR systems governance, budget, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Oversee workforce analytics, executive reporting, and AI/automation considerations.
• Develop and mentor the HRIS and analytics team, ensuring equitable access to development.
• Partner with HR, IT, security, and Finance to deliver process improvements.
• Manage data protection, controls, and internal/external audits.
