Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data, access controls, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team.
• Own technology intake and prioritization; balance value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure internal controls and audit evidence; safeguard employee data.
• Improve platform reliability, service delivery, and employee self-service.
