Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights – Remote to lead the People Systems and Workforce Insights function. You will shape the technology roadmap for HR systems, governance, security, data quality, and AI-enabled decision making across the enterprise.

You will build and mentor the HR analytics team, partner with HR, IT and finance, and ensure scalable, compliant platforms that empower leaders with trusted workforce insights while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in an appropriate field.
• Hands-on HRIS (Workday) configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits.
• Experience leading HR system implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security.
• Deep understanding of core HR processes: org structures, compensation, lifecycle, benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year HR technology strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner relationships.
• Represent People and Community in tech, data, AI forums and decisions.
• Lead the HR systems and analytics team; build capability and development opportunities.
• Own the division's technology intake and prioritization processes.
• Serve as process owner for internal controls and audits; ensure timely evidence.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and responsible AI usage.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service.
• Oversee workforce insights reporting and worker definitions; support executive decisions.
