Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to set the multi-year technology strategy for People and Community’s tools, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will lead governance of HR systems, data security, and enterprise reporting while guiding budgets, vendor partnerships, and cross‑functional collaboration across Technology, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise, especially Workday configurations, security, testing, and support.
• HR data, reporting, and analytics—governance, dashboards, audits, data quality.
• System implementation and enhancement across modules and business processes.
• Compliance, controls, and security in HR systems; audit support and policy compliance.
• Project, program and change management with timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Cross-functional partnership across HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR processes knowledge: org structures, comp, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, performance, talent data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR technology roadmap and strategy across People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Oversee HRIS configuration, security, data governance, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgets, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, and security discussions.
• Build and mentor the HR systems and analytics team; ensure development opportunities.
• Own intake and prioritization of HR technology projects balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure internal controls and audits have timely, accurate evidence.
• Protect sensitive employee data; govern AI-assisted decisions in HR systems.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service for employees and managers.
• Shape workforce measures and executive reporting; enable data literacy.
