CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights. You will shape the technology ecosystem for People and Community, lead Workday HRIS and analytics, and partner with enterprise teams on AI-enabled workforce decisions.

You will oversee governance, budgets, and vendor relationships while building a high-impact team focused on equitable, secure data and self-service insights for executives and HR partners nationwide.

Formación

• Hands-on HRIS with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience in HR data governance, reporting, dashboards and data quality.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise HR IT initiatives and partnerships.
• Knowledge of AI and responsible use within HR technology and analytics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, security and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting and vendors.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech, data, and AI forums.
• Build and grow the HR systems and analytics team, with development opportunities.
• Own technology intake, prioritization, and enterprise standards.
