Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, to drive operational excellence and enablement across our Inside Sales and commercial teams. This remote role focuses on designing processes, campaigns, and enablement programs to accelerate growth and client value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, govern Salesforce, and lead campaigns using tools like Power BI to deliver measurable business outcomes in a global, fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6–8 years in sales operations, enablement, or BD in CRO/life sciences.
• Experience designing and implementing sales operations processes and enablement programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, and administration.
• Experience with Highspot and commercial intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook).
• Proficiency with MS Office/365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize sales operations processes and CRM governance (Salesforce) across global Inside Sales.
• Develop and execute global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook).
• Collaborate with Marketing to align events and conferences with sales enablement.
• Analyze sales data with Power BI and Tableau to support leadership decisions.
• Serve as main contact for commercial operations and enablement needs with senior stakeholders.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales and MBD members.
• Manage enablement platforms like Highspot and Gong Engage for campaigns.
