Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6-8+ years in sales ops, enablement, or related roles in CRO/biotech.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes and enablement programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Familiarity with enablement platforms like Highspot and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize sales operations processes and CRM governance.
• Develop a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and related teams.
• Lead outbound and nurture campaigns using intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align events and campaigns with pipeline goals.
• Analyze sales performance data with Power BI/Tableau to guide leadership decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations, coordinating with senior stakeholders.
• Create onboarding and ongoing training aligned with go-to-market strategy.
• Manage enablement platforms and sales engagement tools to support campaigns.
