Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement to join our team in a remote capacity. You will drive operational excellence across global Inside Sales and commercial teams, designing and executing processes, campaigns, and enablement programs that accelerate growth and client value.

This role serves as the operational backbone for Inside Sales, collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement governance, manage data, and enable effective go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years in sales ops or enablement within CRO or life sciences.
• Experience designing and implementing sales operations processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with enablement platforms like Highspot.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve sales operations processes and CRM governance.
• Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD.
• Lead MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align events and pre/post activities.
• Analyze sales performance data using Power BI or Tableau for leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations and enablement needs.
• Design onboarding and training programs for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Manage enablement platforms like Highspot and sales engagement tools.
