Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, for a remote role based in the United States. You will drive sales operations governance (Salesforce), enablement programs, and global campaign execution to accelerate growth across Inside Sales and MBD teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial enablement, or business development within a CRO, life sciences, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing sales operations processes and enablement programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, and administration.
• Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot.
• Familiarity with commercial intelligence platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, and Pitchbook.
• Proficiency in MS Office/365 including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve sales operations processes and CRM governance across the global Inside Sales organization.
• Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead development and execution of MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using intelligence platforms.
• Partner with Marketing to align Inside Sales support with events, coordinating pre-, on-site, and post-event activities.
• Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights using Power BI and Tableau.
• Serve as a primary contact for commercial operations and enablement needs with leadership and marketing partners.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Inside Sales and MBD members.
• Manage and optimize enablement platforms like Highspot and engagement tools such as Gong Engage.
