Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, to drive global sales operations and enablement strategy from a remote capacity. Lead CRM governance, enablement programs, and cross‑functional campaigns to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities include campaign execution, performance analytics with Power BI/Tableau, and onboarding programs for Inside Sales and MBD teams. Strong stakeholder collaboration and automation tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
6–8 years in sales operations, commercial enablement, or BD within CRO/life sciences.
Proficiency with Salesforce including pipeline mgmt, reporting, and admin.
Experience with Highspot and commercial intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize sales operations processes and CRM governance (Salesforce) for global Inside Sales.
Develop a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
Lead MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook.
Collaborate with Marketing to align events with sales enablement activities.
Analyze sales data with Power BI and Tableau to inform leadership decisions.
Serve as primary point of contact for commercial operations needs across teams.
Design onboarding and ongoing training programs for Inside Sales and MBD members.
Manage enablement platforms (Highspot) and sales engagement tools (Gong Engage).
