Parexel, a leading clinical development partner, seeks a Senior Manager of Global Commercial Operations and Enablement to lead sales operations, enablement programs, and data-driven insights across global Inside Sales and commercial teams in a remote role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 6–8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial enablement, or business development within a CRO, life sciences, or related professional services environment
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing sales operations processes and enablement programs
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, and administration
• Experience with Highspot
• Familiarity with commercial intelligence platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, and Pitchbook
• Proficiency in MS Office/365 including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize sales operations processes and CRM governance for global Inside Sales
• Create global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams
• Lead MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook
• Coordinate with Marketing for events to convert participation into meetings and pipeline
• Analyze sales data with Power BI and Tableau to support leadership decisions
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations, partnering with senior leaders
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales and MBD
• Manage sales enablement platforms (Highspot) and engagement tools (Gong Engage)
