Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, to join our team remotely. You will drive sales operations, CRM governance (Salesforce), and global enablement across Inside Sales and commercial teams to accelerate growth.

In this role you will design and execute campaigns, partnerships with Marketing, analyze performance with Power BI and Tableau, and lead onboarding and training for Inside Sales and MBD. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years in sales ops, enablement, or BD in CRO/life sciences.
• Proven experience designing sales ops processes and enablement programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
• Experience with Highspot and other enablement platforms.
• Familiarity with commercial intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Navigator, Citeline, Pitchbook).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project management.
• Able to collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve sales operations processes and CRM governance.
• Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD.
• Lead Inside Sales outreach campaigns using intelligence platforms.
• Partner with Marketing to align events and convert participation to pipeline.
• Analyze sales data with Power BI/Tableau to inform leadership decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations needs with senior leaders.
• Design onboarding and training for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Manage enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and engagement tools (e.g., Gong Engage).
