Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, to drive operational excellence for the Inside Sales and commercial teams in a remote capacity across the United States. You will shape processes, campaigns, and enablement programs to accelerate growth and deliver client value.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize CRM governance, and lead enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years in sales operations, commercial enablement, or BD within CRO or life sciences.
• Proven experience designing and implementing sales operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern sales operations processes and CRM (Salesforce) for data integrity and pipeline visibility.
• Develop and execute global sales enablement strategies for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook.
