Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, to drive operational excellence for global Inside Sales and commercial teams. This remote role offers strategic enablement across campaigns, CRM governance, and data-driven insights to accelerate growth.

You will design and lead enablement programs, oversee platforms like Highspot, and partner with marketing to convert events into pipeline opportunities. A strong background in Salesforce and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or business development in CRO/life sciences.
• Experience designing and implementing sales operations processes and enablement programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
• Experience with Highspot or similar enablement platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook.
• MS Office/365 proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize global sales operations processes and Salesforce governance.
• Develop global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns and engagement.
• Coordinate with Marketing for events to convert participation into meetings.
• Analyze sales data using Power BI/Tableau to inform leadership decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations and enablement needs.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales/MBD.
• Manage enablement platforms like Highspot and Gong Engage.
