MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager in Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to drive profitability for the Fintech division. You will build models, set pricing strategies, and partner with finance, business development and risk teams.

This role requires 7+ years in banking/fintech, strong Excel and forecasting skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Remote-friendly in multiple states, this position sits in the Finance Department.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years banking and Fintech experience.
• Ability to construct complex Excel models.
• Knowledge of Banking as a Service (BaaS) and payments models.
• Forecasting and unit economics analysis experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own Fintech profitability strategy and pricing methodology.
• Develop financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations for new Fintech clients across all components.
• Lead Finance reviews during initial client evaluation and present to committees.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on Fintech strategy.
• Serve as liaison for Fintech Finance with external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholders.
