MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy and pricing for its Fintech division. This role partners with senior Finance and Fintech leaders to ensure pricing aligns with the bank’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance, with banking and Fintech experience, strong Excel modeling, forecasting skills, and a proven ability to influence executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Strong ability to build and review complex Excel models.
• Experience with forecasting and analyzing unit economics and partner data.
• Familiarity with BaaS and payments business models.

Responsabilités

• Own Fintech profitability strategy and pricing methodology.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across fee structures, pricing and terms.
• Lead Finance reviews during client evaluations and present to committees.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leaders to refine strategy and pricing.
• Maintain profitability models and monthly noninterest income reports.
• Support data collection and analysis for unit economics and partner performance.
