Job summary

MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability models and pricing for fintech engagements. You will partner with senior leaders to shape pricing strategy and drive financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in banking/fintech, strong Excel modeling and exceptional communication skills. This role can be based remotely within the United States and reports to the Fintech Pricing & Economics lead.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking or fintech.
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis experience.
• Familiarity with Banking as a Service and payments business models.
• Strong analytical, documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitability strategy and pricing for Fintech relationships.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess client profitability and advise executives.
• Prepare pricing recommendations including fee structures, deposits, and terms.
• Participate in governance committees and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine Fintech strategy and data needs.
• Provide guidance to finance personnel and ensure accuracy of reports.
