Job summary

MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to drive profitability for its Fintech division. You will own pricing methodologies, financial terms, and client profitability analyses, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Business Development, and the sponsor bank.

The role sits in Finance, not a people-management position, but you will guide supporting staff and influence pricing discussions with executives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience building advanced Excel models and forecasting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitability strategy for Fintech relationships and pricing.
• Build financial projections and advise on pricing structures and terms.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Business Development and senior leaders.
