Job summary

MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy for its Fintech division. You will drive pricing methods, modeling, and financial terms in client engagements, partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

The role sits in Finance, with collaboration across Business Development, Chief Deposit Officer, and external sponsor bank partners. Remote work is supported within eligible US states.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, banking, or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own profitability strategy for Fintech pricing and economics.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across fee structures, deposits, earnings credits, and revenue sharing.
• Lead Finance reviews and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leaders on strategy and negotiations.
• Monitor portfolio profitability and identify improvement actions.
• Participate in governance committees (Liquidity, Finance, ALCO, Pricing).
• Prepare rolling forecasts and budget assumptions for Fintech.
• Support internal and external audits and data quality across Fintech metrics.
