MVB Bank, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy and pricing for its Fintech relationships within the Finance Department.

You will develop financial models, assess client profitability, and present pricing recommendations to executives and committees. This remote-friendly role partners with senior leaders and supports cross-functional teams nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking and Fintech.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and ability to forecast unit economics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own Fintech profitability strategy and pricing methodologies.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess client profitability and guide executive decisions.
• Prepare pricing recommendations including fee structures, earnings credits, and contract terms.
• Present recommendations to committees and liaise with internal Fintech teams on pricing.
