Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 roadside cases from start to finish. You will determine whether internal technicians or third parties handle calls and resolve vehicle maintenance issues via telephonic support, aiming for quick uptime improvements.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to mentor Tier 1 agents; remote schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00pm–11:30pm EST. Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in Ryder operations or shop environment preferred.
• 2+ years customer service exposure preferred.
• 4+ years in transportation maintenance required.
• 2+ years in technical diagnostic and customer resolution exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Own Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish.
• Decide whether to dispatch internal technicians or third parties.
• Resolve technical issues on Ryder fleet vehicles via phone support.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center team and provide training.
• Provide updates and analysis to maintenance team to improve uptime.
