Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI for lawyers. The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and focuses on driving adoption across the customer lifecycle.

You will translate complex legal workflows into practical AI-enabled improvements, engage with law firms and corporate legal teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

JD required and Bar admission
7+ years of legal practice experience
Strong understanding of legal workflows and client needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences
Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR is preferred
Ability to operate in fast-moving, cross-functional environments

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with sales teams
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization with onboarding and training
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and playbooks
Bridge legal and technical workflows and translate AI capabilities for lawyers
