Job summary

Relativity, a leader in legal data intelligence, seeks a Legal AI Advisor to help clients understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, focuses on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale across the customer lifecycle, and builds trusted relationships with law firms and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and attorney needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sector organizations
• Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity AI capabilities to real legal use cases
• Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs and usability
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure adoption translates into growth
