Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor in the United States who will help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR. You will work across the full lifecycle, serving as a bridge between legal practice and product innovation to drive AI-enabled workflows.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success to ensure broad adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and Bar admission is required.
• 7+ years practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team (AmLaw is a plus).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR.
• Knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms, corporate teams, and public sector.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to support discovery, positioning, and alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity AI capabilities to real use cases.
• Assist onboarding and training to drive sustained usage and adoption.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration.
