Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who will guide law firms and corporate legal teams in adopting Relativity’s AI platform and claiR. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, advising on workflows, adoption, and value realization while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and help drive adoption of RelativityOne in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) is required and Bar admission is required.
7+ years of legal practice at a law firm or in-house team, litigation experience preferred.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations in collaboration with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training and sustained engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights for lawyers.
