Relativity is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors—trusted lawyers who help clients understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers. You will work across the customer lifecycle to drive adoption of AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal practice (AmLaw or in-house) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Experience translating legal workflows to AI-enabled tooling.
• Ability to build trusted advisory relationships with lawyers.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
• Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
• Help secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
