Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor—an attorney who combines deep legal expertise with technology to help customers understand, adopt, and derive value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US, you will work across the full customer lifecycle to drive lawyer adoption of AI at scale within litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission, required.
• 7+ years practicing law in law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Understand customer workflows and opportunities for transformation.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives for discovery and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity's AI to real legal use cases.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive measurable impact.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback for development.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows and knowledge.
