Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience purpose-built for lawyers. The Legal AI Advisor will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US, and drive adoption across the full customer lifecycle.

You will engage lawyers as primary users, support pre-sales and adoption conversations, enable post-sales adoption

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
7+ years practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate teams, and public sector organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product, marketing, and engineering.
Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities into practical insights.
