Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who can help clients understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers. You will work with the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, across the full customer lifecycle to drive lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
3+ years practicing law or in-house legal experience preferred.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with pre-sales engineers and account executives; deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer; provide feedback to product and engineering on needs and adoption barriers.
Bridge legal and technical workflows; translate AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals.
