Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who will help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers.

You’ll report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and work across the full customer lifecycle to drive lawyer adoption of AI at scale, translating complex workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage legal and executive audiences.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and understand their workflows.
Drive pre-sales conversations and tailored product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product development and playbooks.
Bridge legal and technical workflows to help clients adopt AI-powered tools.
