Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who will help customers adopt RelativityOne and claiR, Relativity's AI experiences. You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and work across the full customer lifecycle from evaluation to daily use.

The role centers on scaling adoption of AI in legal practice with cross‑functional collaboration across sales, product, and customer success.

Qualifikationen

• JD is required and Bar admission is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges.

Aufgaben

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Drive pre-sales conversations with engineers and account executives; tailor product demos.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
• Act as the voice of the legal customer to inform product and strategy.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows to translate AI capabilities into practical insights.
