Job summary

Relativity seeks a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney, to help customers adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR for lawyers. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, bridging legal practice, engagement, and product innovation, with a focus on driving AI adoption at scale.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years of legal practice at a law firm or in-house team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR and legal AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across firms and corporate teams.
• Lead pre-sales conversations and support discovery and solution alignment.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity AI to real use cases.
• Facilitate post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
• Provide voice of the customer feedback to product and engineering.
