Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI-focused customer teams with Legal AI Advisors. This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting in the US, blends legal practice with AI-enabled workflows and product adoption across the customer lifecycle.

You will help lawyers evaluate AI solutions, adopt RelativityOne and claiR, and drive adoption at scale while collaborating with sales, engineering, and customer success teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Client advisory, legal tech, or business development experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
• Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
• Help secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
