Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help clients understand, adopt RelativityOne and claiR/aiR. You’ll operate at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving adoption of AI in real workflows across litigation, investigations, and compliance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, translate complex AI capabilities for attorneys, and support end-to-end customer journeys from evaluation to everyday use,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house, litigation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and in-house teams.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives.
• Lead product demonstrations connecting Relativity AI to real legal use cases.
• Support onboarding and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and value realization.
• Translate legal workflows and AI capabilities for clients and internal teams.
