Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors. The role targets practicing or former lawyers who help clients adopt RelativityOne and claiR, Relativity’s conversational AI experience for lawyers, across the full customer lifecycle.

The Legal AI Advisor reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, in the US, and focuses on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale through strategy, demonstrations, and workflow

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of legal practice experience (AmLaw is a plus).
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms, corporate teams, and service providers.
Drive pre-sales conversations and lead product demonstrations connecting AI capabilities to real use cases.
Enable post-sales adoption with onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive usage and value realization.
Act as voice of the legal customer to feed product and marketing with insights and feedback.
Bridge legal workflows with AI capabilities to help clients understand RelativityOne’s AI tools and impact.
